The coffee plantation....after leaving our home stay families, we travelled 5 hours towards the coast and Mexican border. We were graciously hosted by tony on his plantation that was started by his great grandfather. It was a full two days that included tours of two of his farms, horse rides, jeep rides, pool time and a traditional Guatemalan birthday celebration with firecrackers and a piñata!
